STEP 1: CHECK THE AWARDS LISTINGS

Below you will find the listing of individuals who are receiving awards!  Congratulations to all of the 2024 Award Recipients!  Make sure to view the listings and verify if you are receiving an award.  If you are receiving an award in the Amateur Championship Series make sure to verify your Reads Member Status and contact us if you believe there has been a mistake. 

 Then move on to Step 2: RSVP Information!

 RSVP'ing is very important!  

DEADLINE TO RSVP IS DECEMBER 12, 2024.

FOR THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND:  Download and fill out the below RSVP form.  The PDF is a fillable form, you may need to use a laptop, pc, etc to use the fillable feature.  You can download, fill out, save the form and email it back without printing.  If you find it easier to print, fill out by hand, scan or take a photo with your smartphone (must be readable) and email you can do that as well.  If printing and filling out by hand make sure to print neatly.  Unreadable forms are not processed.  Please make sure to fill it out as completely as possible.   You can RSVP for multiple riders on one form.  If you have questions, please contact our office.

FOR THOSE NOT  PLANNING TO ATTEND BUT WANT THEIR AWARDS AT A LATER DATE:  You still need to submit the RSVP form so that we know you want your award.  The PDF is a fillable form.  You can download, fill out, save and email it back without printing.  If you find it easier to print, fill out by hand, scan or take a photo with your smartphone and email you can do that as well.  Please make sure to fill it out as completely as possible.   You can RSVP for multiple riders on one form.   If you would like someone who is attending to pick up your award, there is a spot on the form for that info.  For pickup after the banquet: Make sure to fill out the RSVP form and then contact us by email after the banquet, to set up a pickup time.  AWARDS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN MAY 1.  WE WILL NOT HOLD AWARDS OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AFTER MAY 1.
