IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FULL SIZE ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLES

As of 1/29/2025 Electric Motorcycles will be allowed AT NON-AMA EVENTS in the following Open Displacement Classes:

16+, 25+, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+, Open A & Open B/C

Full size Electric Motorcycles will not be allowed to enter into any of our events that we sanction through the AMA. 

Between 3/15 /25 and 3/25/25 the schedule will be updated with AMA Status for each event.  

**A note from us to you on Electric Motorcycles**

There is some controversy within the sport of MX Racing as to whether electric motorcycles should be allowed to compete.  Much of this will eventually come down to insurance regulations.  

As of right now we are able to run them at NON-AMA Events with Open Displacement classes.  When our insurance policy renews in March of 2025 there is the possibility this could change.  

We will be monitoring all the information that is coming out.  For those of you who have Full Size Electric Motorcycles we are making every effort to make this work.  However, please be aware this is a situation that new developments can happen anytime.  We have a responsibility to warn you, the decision to allow these bikes in competition may change with little warning.
