Halloween Party Saturday evening after the races!

Pumpkin carving contest

Bring your pumpkin to registration between 11 am and 2 pm.  We will give you a number, take your name and show you where to put your pumpkin!

Voting will take place from 2 pm - 4 pm

Costume Contest

Age groups:

ages 0-2

ages 4-6

ages 7-10

ages 11-15

ages 16+

Groups

Everyone who participates receives a medal!  

Winner of each group receives a Halloween themed 3-post trophy!

Pit Area Decorating Contest

Two pit area winners will be chosen!

Pit Area Trick or Treating

Bring candY if you would like to have trick or treaters in your pit area!

Halloween Dish Carry-in Contest

 Free Chili from the Chili Pot provided by Reads Racing!

Bring a side dish or dessert to share!

Prizes for best tasting dish and best Halloween themed dish!

HAY RIDES

After the Halloween Party we will be doing Haunted Hayrides!!  

(It's not actually haunted, just a trailer with Hay and a ride around the property, lol.  Nothing scary but the dark)

Gate Hours:

FRIDAY: Gates open 5 pm to 10 pm 

SATURDAY: OPEN 8 AM 

SUNDAY: OPEN 8 am

PARKING:

Do not block driveways.  If you don't fit pick somewhere else.

Park in the correct direction, in rows.

You are allowed to park in "U"'s/horseshoes.  

There are not quiet hours for generators.  Never unplug anyone's generator.

Don't park next to someone you have "beef" with.  It's supposed to be fun.  Park next to someone you can have fun with!

Pets must be kept on leashes.  Even if you are in your pit area dogs must be kept on tie outs/leases.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

FRIDAY: Gates open 5 pm to 10 pm - No events - camping only

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Water fill is available on site.

No filling of large pools.

There is no direct power wash hookup.

Please limit fill barrels to the 55 gallon size at a max. (No filling up 250 gallon tanks)

Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the Pitbike rules.

NO STRIDERS, BALANCE BIKES OF ANY MAKE, MODEL OR STYLE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.  PLEASE LEAVE AT HOME OR IN YOUR TRAILER.
