INFORMATION FOR MINOR RIDERS

Motorsports are inherently dangerous.  No Health insurance is provided, you are responsible for any and all medical bills and/or damages you may incur as a result of participation in these events.

All minors must have PARENTAL permission to participate in any competition or practice event.

Stepparents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers, Sisters, etc. - CANNOT register a minor rider without ALL the forms on this page. 

Permission must be from a biological parent or LEGAL guardian (meaning you have guardianship papers) that is accompanying you to the event.  In divorced parent situations, if one parent has sole legal custody, we must have that parent's signature.  

In the event a biological parent or legal guardian cannot attend you MUST COMPLETE  the "Minor Form" (page 1 and 2) AND THE PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION NOTE AND HAVE BOTH FORMS NOTARIZED.  The minor form should be notarized on page 1 and 2, the notary should sign on the "witness" line.  They must include their stamp or seal.  

The Parental Authorization letter must be notarized.  Minors cannot bring these forms and come by themselves.  They must be accompanied by a person 18 or older designated in the Authorization letter.  

Stepparents are an important and essential part of modern family life, and we commend them and the role they play in the lives of their families.  For the purposes of these events, it is the signature of the biological parent(s) or legal guardian(s) that we are required to obtain. 

NEVER attempt to sign up a rider that is not your biological child or one that you do not have legal guardianship over.  Falsely representing yourself as the guardian or biological parent of a minor who is registering to participate may result in that rider NOT being permitted to participate on that days events.  This is a serious offense.  

THE MINOR RELEASE FORM MUST BE PRINTED IN COLOR - WE CANNOT ACCEPT A BLACK AND WHITE COPY!

Make sure you have completed all required information.  If any information is missing, we cannot accept the form(s) and you will not be able to participate.
