Bring your Racer's favorite side dish or dessert!
This is a fun tradition we have been doing for 30+ years! It is not required; you do not have to bring enough for everyone. We will place your dish on the buffet line until it is gone.

WHO CAN ATTEND AND IS THERE A COST
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND WITH ME?
You are welcome to invite anyone you would like to come with you to celebrate - HOWEVER - as this is an indoor seated event we can only seat as many people as we have tables/chairs for. When you RSVP you will notice there is 2 spots for guests.
Household Guests and Additional Guests.
Household is referring to your immediate family members.
Additional Guests are generally referring to anyone outside of your home (Grandparents, aunts/uncles, additional friends and/or relatives).
All additional guests are placed on a list and will be added in based on the order they are received. On December 18 watch your email. If any of your additional guest requests have been placed on the waiting list, you will receive an email letting you know how many tickets you have available. If you do not hear from us all of your party has tickets.
DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

IMPORTANT - Read Carefully - Your RSVP will not be processed without ALL Requested information.
STEP 1: Check the awards listings above. Make sure your name is listed on any series that you believe you are receiving an award for. If your name is not listed but you believe it should be email us ASAP at reads1@myfrontiermail.com
STEP 2: Figure out who you would like to request tickets for and make sure to have First and Last names for them.
STEP 3: Email us your RSVP with the following information to reads1@myfrontiermail.com
(Hint: Copy and paste the below text into the email so you don't miss any info.)

(List the names of guests, not just a number. Include first and last names)
Household guests:
Additional guests:
Contact phone number:
IF you are a Reads Member AND you are receiving an award in the Amateur Championship Series include your requested Hoodie Size.
STEP 4: Check your inbox for a reply. We will let you know we have received your RSVP, and any requested information that may be needed/missing from your RSVP. **PLEASE NOTE** Office hours are 8 am to 3 pm Monday - Friday. Allow 1-2 business days for your reply email.
STEP 5: ATTEND THE BANQUET!! You will pick up tickets at the door for entry into door prize drawings.
